In 2016, I co-founded INSPIRIT Health Group which is a successful integrated health clinic located in Downtown, Vancouver. In 2017, I established Walk and Talk Therapy which was a new and innovative way to provide counselling. In addition to in-person therapy, I have also provided virtual counselling to clients across BC.
My areas of expertise include life coaching, working with individuals struggling with addiction, and those facing life stressors and relationship issues.
I believe that counselling should be a collaborative approach where we work together in resolving life’s challenges. We can work together to create a plan that will give you hope that your life can and will improve. My goal is to guide you to self-awareness and to help you gain greater clarity on your goals.
My educational experience includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from City University, Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University, and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy University. Additionally, I served honorably in the military for four years before permanently moving to Canada.
